By hiring our walls / accessories you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. 

  • A 10% deposit is required for all of our bookings.

  • If you decide to cancel your booking the total amount of your order will be refunded minus the 10% deposit as a holding fee. 

  • All orders must be pre-paid a minimum 2 weeks prior to your booking, otherwise your booking will be cancelled. 

  • The correct change must be provided on all CASH bookings - our team DO NOT carry change.

  • Please keep food and drinks away from ALL hire items. 

  • If you are planning to have your event outside - ALL backdrops will need to be placed up against a wall or fence. This to prevent our backdrops from blowing over in the wind. 

  • If your event is under a patio - please make sure our backdrops are able to fit - All our walls are 2.3 m x 2.3 m. However, we recommend allowing 2.4 m x 2.4 m to be safe. 

  • If we arrive at your venue and our backdrops do not fit into the space provided, we will refund your order minus delivery + 10% as our measurements are noted on our website.

  • Unfortunately our flower walls cannot be placed in the rain or stand up in windy conditions. If the weather conditions are bad then we will need to assemble the wall elsewhere. If you are concerned about the weather please have a back up place that we can install the wall to avoid disappointment. 

  • If it is raining / extra windy on the day of your event and you do not have a back up place to put the wall your order will be refunded, minus delivery. 

  • Please do not touch or pull the flowers or plants off our walls as they are very fragile. 

  • Our walls are not to be moved under any circumstances for safety reasons - if you have any concerns about the placement of the wall on the day please contact 0476 031 973 and one of our team members will assist you immediately.

  • Do not push or pull the frame. 

  • The person who is hiring our walls or accessories is fully responsible for the condition they are kept in until our team come to collect. 

  • Do not remove the weights from the back of the flower wall. 

  • Do not remove the ropes from the back / sides of our flower walls. 

  • Our flower walls need to be assembled at least 1 hour prior to your event to ensure it is assembled in time. We will need a minimum 2.3 m x 2.3 m floor space to assemble our walls as they come flat packed. Please allow 2.4 m x 2.4 to be safe. 

  • Please do not attach any signs, neon lights or accessories onto our walls without permission. 

  • If any damage occurs to our walls during your event, please let us know immediately to avoid any extra charges. Our emergency contact number is 0476 031 973. 

  • Please include your invoice number or full name on your booking so that we know the payment is from you. If you do not do this your order may be cancelled as we require payment a minimum 2 weeks prior to your booking as mentioned above. 

  • Our team has the right to cancel your booking on the day if the wall cannot be placed in a safe and secure place. Please ensure you always have a backup spot (especially if your event is outdoors) to avoid disappointment. 

  • Please stand 20 cm in front of the wall at all times - do not lean against it as it may fall over or damage the flowers. 

  • Our flower walls cannot be assembled in front of a pool (unless there is a fence) for safety reasons. 

  • Adults must supervise anyone under the age of 16 in front of our walls or when using our hire accessories.
