How big are your flower walls?
Our flower walls are 2.3 m x 2.3 m assembled. We require 2.3 m x 2.3 m of floor space to assemble the backdrop. Once upright it can be placed in most homes / indoor venues However, we ALWAYS reccomend measuring your space before booking in.
Can I hire the wall overnight?
Yes, we do have overnight hire available for all our walls and accessories. However, the wall must be kept undercover or indoors if we are collecting the following day.
How long will it take to assemble?
Our team can usually set-up the wall within 20-30 minutes. However, we like to come 1 hour prior to your event to ensure its ready on time.
Are the flowers real or fake?
All of our flower walls are made from prremium silk.
Can the flower walls be set-up in the rain?
No, unfortunately all our backdrops / accessories must be set-up indoors or undercover if the forcast predicts rain.
Can we collect and set-up the wall on our own?
No, unfortunately all our backdrops and accessories MUST be assembled by our team to ensure they are put together safely and used correctly.
Can the flower wall be set-up outside?
Yes, the flower wall can be assembled outside but it must be put up against a fence or wall to ensure it does not blow over. It cannot be free standing.
What happens if our event is cancelled due to COVID-19?
If your event needs to be cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 you will be fully refunded within 14 days and given the opportunity re-book for a future date if we have availability.
Are your neon signs battery powered?
No, unfortunately all our neon signs / ring lights do require a power plug outlet to operate.
Where do you deliver to?
We are excited to annouce that we now deliver to the Perth, Peel and South West areas of Western Australia.
