What happens if my booking gets cancelled due to COVID-19?

If your booking needs to be cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 you will be fully refunded within 14 days and given the opportunity to book in for a future date if it's available.

Do all of the products get cleaned? 

Yes, after every booking all of our products are disinfected and sanitised before use to ensure optimum cleanliness. 

Have you had infection control training? 

Yes, our team completed Infection Control Training for COVID-19 on the 1/08/21.We are fully aware of all the measures we need to stick to, to ensure the safety of our staff and community.

Will your staff wear masks and gloves when installing the wall? 

No, we will not be wearing masks or gloves when installing or taking down ANY of our walls or accessories unless enforced to by the State Government prior to or following a lockdown within Western Australia. 

Are you an essential service? 

Perth Flower Walls is not an essential service. If Western Australia does go into lockdown we will close and be forced to cancel / postponed all of our bookings until restrictions are lifted.
